Completion expected in 2019/2020.
Project: Mt. Vernon Cotton Factory, Virginia Client: Insurance Company Historic Tax Credits: $1.4 million Asset: Multifamily Description: Conversion of a former cotton mill and subsequent office building into 25 luxury apartments known as “The Mill”. Received an award from the National Association of Home Builders for the “Best in American Living” best in adaptive re-use for a multifamily project. Completion occurred in 2015.
