Francine has over 24 years of financial institution experience, including over 17 years in the tax credit industry. Francine joined Carlisle Tax Credit Advisors in 2018 working with investors to achieve their investment goals in historic and low-income housing tax credits by supporting new investment opportunities, underwriting, due diligence and analysis, as well as asset management.
Prior to joining Carlisle, Francine worked for State Street Bank for over 23 years, where she spent 16 years leading the Banks’ tax credit investments group. Her responsibilities included originating, negotiating, modeling and managing the Banks own tax credit investment portfolio that included investments in energy tax credits, low-income housing and state historic tax credits, with investments ranging in size of a few million up to $100 million. Francine was responsible for the Banks’ first tax credit investments in wind, solar and biomass as well as non- CRA motivated low-income housing investments. While at State Street, Francine’s experience also included a relationship manager for some of the Bank’s larger public pension fund custody clients, as well as analytical support within the office of the CFO.
Francine received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Bridgewater University and a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University. She also serves on the Cohasset Capital Budget Committee.
